Corrado Benedetti's Passito Bianco Jelly is a product of excellence. Wine is the centerpiece of jelly, with its notes of yellow fruit and honey, licorice and spices, it gives the jelly all the sweetness and intensity that make it so unique.
To produce the gelatine, the liquid component must first be heated, which in this case is the Passito, which loses its alcoholic component by releasing the sugary part contained. Wine is the fulcrum of jelly, because it is the base that releases its aromas and persistent flavor.
INGRDIENTS: White Passito Wine (49.02%), sugar, pectin sulphites in traces.
SUGGESTIONS: ideal with Monte Veronese DOP with whole or farmed milk or with delicate, refined, soft and tasty cheeses. Therefore, it should be tried as an accompaniment to an excellent Gorgonzola DOP spoon or with spicy cheeses. Also excellent with aged pecorino.
Excellent for a sweet and tasty break with dried fruit or bitter chocolate-based spoon sweets.
