In the early 2000s, Dr. Alberto was so fascinated by the beauty of the Limonaia di Tignale, dating back to the 12th century and located on the shores of western Lake Garda, that he decided to apply all the secrets acquired over decades as an apothecary to enhance and sublimate the aromatics present in lemon peel, one of the most prized botanicals on the shores of Garda.

CHARACTERISTICS

BOTANICALS: lemon. The very secret procedure of exfoliation of the peel followed by a slow and delicate infusion of lemon peels for eight weeks, are the added value of this special liqueur. Without colorants.

TASTING: aromatic and elegant top notes give way to a fresh floral bouquet that delicately caresses the nose. The olfactory accord is closed by authoritative and persistent woody notes. Sparkling and fresh citrus notes reverberate on the tongue during tasting, the perfect balance between aromatic and floral notes evokes pure sensations.

PAIRINGS: served at room temperature it expresses all its charm. Served chilled it has a more discreet organoleptic profile. Excellent in mixing. It also has various applications in gourmet recipes (semifreddo, mousse, ice cream).
