Corrado Benedetti's Lugana Jelly is a product of excellence. Wine is the centerpiece of jelly, with its notes of yellow fruit and honey, licorice and spices, it gives the jelly all the sweetness and intensity that make it so unique.
To produce the gelatine, the liquid component must first be heated, which in this case is Lugana, which loses its alcoholic component by releasing the sugary part contained. Wine is the fulcrum of jelly, because it is the base that releases its aromas and persistent flavor.
