Anna's sauce is a rustic vegetable mixture, a sauce made entirely by hand; a versatile and colorful product, an easily combinable sauce that can be used in a thousand ways according to taste and imagination.

INGREDIENTS: Red turnip, carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower, fennel, white onion, celery, ginger, chilli, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and seed oil sunflower.

PAIRING: Ideal with farmyard meats (boiled capon, grilled hen or chicken breast), musetti, cotechini and cooked salami, blue fish, fresh tuna and mackerel. Excellent for sandwiches and gourmet burgers.

STORAGE CONDITION: keep in a cool and dry place.
