FEATURES
DESCRIPTION: Young and fragrant white wine, it is produced in the small area of the same name, between the provinces of Verona and Brescia. The particularly favorable climate and the alluvial and sandy soil give it fullness, freshness and amplitude of aromas.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Elegant and fresh, it recalls white field flowers, baskets and lime, which ripen in hints of apricot and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate it is delicate and soft, savory and very harmonious.
PAIRING: It is ideal with fish dishes, white meats and soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
