DESCRIPTION: the vineyards are located in the hills surrounding Cavaion Veronese, in the heart of the Bardolino Classico production area, along the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Obtained according to tradition by maceration and fermentation in contact with the skins for 10 days at a controlled temperature (between 22 ° and 25 °). Aging in large barrels and subsequent passage in the bottle.
