    Giardiniera di Luciana has a richer, more savory and darker blend. The vegetables, after being cut by hand and cooked separately, are matured in the sweet and sour sauce for 10 days before being put into pots. Traditional ingredients with the addition of celery and white onion, sweetened with extra virgin olive oil.

    INGREDIENTS: carrots, fennel, cauliflower, red and yellow peppers, celery, white onion (variable quantities) with sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, water, sugar and salt.

    PAIRING: to accompany a delicious aperitif or to give personality to an appetizer of traditional cold cuts and cheeses, but it is also a delicious recipe that goes well with meat and fish ... try it with baked sea bream!
