Luz London Dry Gin is a limited edition of only 3,500 bottles.
DISTILLATION: discontinuous bain-marie alembic with single passage. The botanicals are infused separately, in fact it is a “distilled gin”. Maceration in Garda lemon peels is carried out which gives citrus notes to both the nose and the palate, as well as a pleasant color.
BOTANICALS: juniper, bay leaf, olive tree, woodruff, rosemary, sage, clary sage, common mint, lemon.
TASTING NOTES: A soft, velvety gin with a good balance and a citrusy finish of excellent persistence.
