    DESCRIPTIONRoyal jelly is produced by beekeepers in quantities through a deception of worker bees, which begin to produce jelly for a large number of queens, of which, at the end of the harvest, only a few will survive.
    The process allows to collect only a few grams of royal jelly, compared to long hours of work by the beekeeper, hence the considerable costs of the product. The collection from the hives takes place by manual scraping carried out with non-metallic tools or by suction through glass tubes.
    Raw royal jelly is placed in sterile glass containers until it reaches a sufficient quantity for processing.
    The baby food is then filtered to remove impurities and then cooled in special containers or freeze-dried, once put on the market, it must be stored in the refrigerator, or freeze-dried and offered in various formats: capsules, powder, vials.

    PROPERTY': The main constituents of royal jelly are water, proteins, sugars, lipids and mineral salts. Although they vary greatly, the composition of royal jelly remains relatively constant when comparing different hives.

    Royal Jelly was initially recognized for its rejuvenating effects on the human body.
    Taken orally for 1 - 2 months, allowing it time to blend under the tongue in doses of 200 - 500 mg per day, it acts as a tonic and stimulant, with a euphoric effect on healthy humans. The intake is usually associated with a sense of general well-being, that is, it has a positive effect on physical and intellectual performance.
    It delays the effects of skin aging and also works well in some diseases, such as lupus erythematosus.
    The most precious component of royal jelly is 10-hydroxydecenoic acid, a fat that exerts antibacterial and anticancer activity.

    Precisely this fact informs us of the need to consume as much fresh royal jelly as possible. Furthermore, with regard to 10-hydroxydocenoic acid (Hda) it is important to check that its content is equal to 1.9% of the product, because only starting from a concentration equal to 1.5% royal jelly has antibacterial and antitumor.

    Royal jelly is used to fortify the body in particular periods, such as seasonal changes, before an exam, in moments of tiredness, fatigue, by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by children and the elderly, due to its beneficial properties.

    USE OF THE PREPARATION

    It can be used fresh or freeze-dried. It is taken orally, on an empty stomach, preferably 15-30 minutes before breakfast, in variable doses depending on the constitution and needs.
    The dose is about a small spoon (0.5-1 g) dissolved under the tongue to obtain greater benefit because the sublingual glands favor its absorption without the intervention of gastric juices which could limit the positive effect.
    It is recommended to use it 2-3 times a year for periods of 20-30 days.

    From what has been said, it can be seen that the chemical elements present in the composition of royal jelly synergize perfectly with each other and multiply their effectiveness, even if contained in very small quantities.
