INGREDIENTS: Durum wheat semolina, Water, Wheat germ, Basil powder, Natural basil flavor (essential oil of basil, salt), Natural garlic flavor (essential oil of garlic, salt), Garlic powder, Spinach powder .

COOKING ADVICE: Prepare 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of product to be cooked in a large pot; add coarse salt (about 10 - 12 grams per liter); bring to the boil; add the pasta and cook for the indicated time. Strain and season to taste. The presence of fresh wheat germ leaves the cooking water slightly green.

STORAGE TIME: 36 months; the expiry is expressed as a date (day, month and year) corresponding to a period of three years from the date of production.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a dry place away from cereals
