DESCRIPTION: one of the most popular monofloral honeys for the intensity and finesse of the aroma which undoubtedly brings back to that of the flowers from which it derives, the orange blossom. Bees are strongly attracted to orange flowers, as fragrant as they are rich in nectar: ​​the corollas literally overflow. The hive will also smell of orange blossom, as will the bees. When harvesting, bees cannot resist the attraction of other citrus blooms, such as mandarin and lemon, and small parts of the nectar of these flowers inevitably mixes with that of orange.

PAIRING: it is one of the most appreciated table honeys, since its floral aroma pleasantly strikes and goes well with almost all sweet foods, it is particularly used in pastry. Try it with both raw and cooked fish. It is used to sweeten and flavor yogurt, whipped cream and desserts made with cream, mascarpone or ricotta. Recommended with stretched curd cheeses with different maturations: mozzarella, caciocavallo provola, scamorza. Tasty when used in a cool summer drink along with citrus peel or chopped mint leaves. Particularly suitable for sweetening tea.

COLOR: in the liquid state it is very clear, from almost colorless to straw yellow. When it crystallizes it takes on shades ranging from white to light beige.
